Grupotec inaugurates its new corporate headquarters in the Ikon building, Valencia

Grupotec has inaugurated its new corporate headquarters in the Ikon building in Valencia, one of the city’s most distinctive landmarks. The new workspace, spread across three floors and more than 5,000 square metres, has been designed to accommodate over 400 professionals and foster collaboration between the company’s different business areas.

The new headquarters has been developed by Grupotec’s in-house teams together with a network of partner companies and specialised suppliers involved in the project. Among them is Arkoslight, responsible for the lighting solutions integrated throughout the various work and meeting spaces.

The offices feature open-plan work areas, creative spaces and fully equipped rooms for meetings and training, encouraging the exchange of ideas among the nearly 700 people who make up the company’s global workforce. For these environments, Arkoslight has provided technical lighting solutions tailored to the different settings and functional requirements, contributing to visual comfort, energy efficiency and the spatial quality of the new headquarters. Light is seamlessly integrated into the architecture, supporting daily activities while enhancing the functionality of each space.

True to its motto, “Engineering for a More Sustainable World”, the new headquarters incorporates an approach that optimises the use of resources through energy-efficiency measures and environmental management practices that comply with the standards of the ISO 14001-certified management system. This commitment reinforces the company’s dedication to sustainability and responsible innovation.

With an international presence in more than 20 countries, the company has become one of Europe’s leading firms in the design and construction of large-scale photovoltaic plants.
