A dreamlike experience immersed in the Japanese spirit
The SHIN project, by Flussocreativo studio, stems from an inspiring dialogue with the pioneers of Japanese dining in Brescia and the desire to renovate their restaurant, transforming it into a seductive experience where quality meets atmosphere.
The concept of the project arises from the intention to combine the refined art of fish cutting with the territory in which the restaurant is located, incorporating the city’s rocky architecture and creating an immersive experience for the client within a microcosm shaped by nature.
The three rooms, each with a different setting, make up a space of approximately 280 m² and share a precise relationship between materials and dark tones, punctually illuminated on tables and finishes.
The full renovation of the space focuses on the interconnection between the “ingredients” used, such as vertical surfaces that reveal a succession of solidity and delicacy thanks to faithful rock reproductions and enveloping black velvet. The dark setting finds its only note of color in the canaletto walnut used for the tables.
The horizontality of the light lines and the metallic effect used on the cladding of counters and sofas complete the idea of material cutting in the environment, like the Shobu-Bocho blade, able to delicately divide the quality of the product and turn the chef’s preparation into a work of art.
In this context, Arkoslight lighting enhances the atmosphere with an Invisible Black effect, where light emerges precisely while the luminaires fully integrate into the architecture, visually disappearing and enhancing the sensory experience of the space.
The Shin project is a connection of materials and sensations, perfectly captured in the essence of the restaurant: a true “Japanese experience.”
