Casa Duna is located on the border between the dunes and the urbanised area of a small coastal town in the province of Valencia. This home is the result of combining patterns typical of Mediterranean architecture with a contemporary and abstract approach: the brightness and warmth of the Mediterranean conveyed through the concept and language of Ramón Esteve Estudio.

The ground floor houses the daytime living areas, arranged in a fluid layout with visual connections between the different rooms. The program of Casa Duna is mirrored on the outside, protected by large overhangs. The terraces are crowned by a large swimming pool located at the edge of the plot.

The nighttime areas are located on the upper floor and also have their counterpart outdoors.
