1. Eligibility: The Contest is open to individuals of any nationality who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The organisers reserve the right to verify the eligibility of each participant.
2. How to Enter: To participate in the contest, follow @arkoslight on Instagram and take a photo with a Yoru at the photocall located at Cimmino 104 bar, Corso Garibaldi, 104, Milano, Italy. The photo must include the hashtag #iloveyoru and tag @arkoslight. Only one entry per user will be accepted.
3. Contest Period: The Contest will be valid from the publication of the contest photo on Wednesday April 19, until Friday, April 21, at 11:59 pm. All entries must be received during this valid period. Any entry received before or after this period will not be considered.
4. Prize: Three (3) portable Yoru lamps will be awarded. The prize is not transferable. No substitution, exchange or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly via a draw that will take place on April 19, 20, and 21 at 11:00 am (Madrid, Spain time) and will be notified via social media on the same day. The winner will be announced on Instagram and must provide their personal details to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, they will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected. The organisers have the final decision on the winner selection.
6. Privacy Policy: All personal data collected during the contest will be managed by Arkoslight, and the organisers will follow applicable data protection laws.
7. General Rules: Participants agree to abide by all the rules and regulations by participating in the contest. Any participant who does not follow all the steps outlined in the contest will be automatically disqualified. Any profile that is detected as fraudulent will be eliminated from the contest. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time and for any reason without prior notice. The organisers, their respective parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfilment agencies, and immediate family or household members of each are not eligible to participate.
8. Publicity: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winners’ consent to the Sponsor’s use of their names, photographs, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
