Puck, Iconic Awards Winner 2017

Puck – winner of the Iconic Award 2017: Interior Innovation.

Puck, the luminaire designed by Arkoslight’s product manager Rubén Saldaña, was a winner of the Iconic Award 2017: Interior Innovation. This prize goes along with the one awarded to Shot Light, also a prize-winner in this category. Only 7 designs were winners in the lighting category at this edition, 5 being classified as ‘Selection’.

The “Iconic Award 2017: Interior Innovation” is the most prestigious prize for industrial design of interior design products. It is awarded by the German Design Council, the most highly-rated organisation for promoting design in Germany for over 60 years now. These new awards are now part of a track record that has led Arkoslight to win over thirty international prizes in the last five years, including several Red Dot, IF, Design Plus, A’ Design and Delta Awards, amongst others.

Arkoslight’s luminaires will also be displayed in the “Iconic Directory”, an online sample range of the best designs to create quality interior decoration spaces combining the best items from furniture to lighting, not forgetting houseware or fabrics. Its designs will also be published in the “Iconic magazine”, an annual magazine with mention of all the prize-winners at this famous competition which has over time become a reference work for consultancy by all the professionals in the sector.

Arkoslight’s luminaires will also form part of the “Iconic World”: a platform for encounters and swapping ideas for architects, interior decorators and designers, where they share news on the best projects and products created worldwide over recent years.
